What is My Account?
My Account is your personal Account that you get after registering with us by providing a few personal details. You can sign in to My Account using the user name and password. My Account helps you to store information, receipts, past orders, making it easier for you to place an order in the future.
I Forgot My Password
Just follow these steps to log in to your Account:
- Click on the login page
- Enter your username or registered email ID
- Click on the Forgot Password link
A temporary password by us will be sent to your registered email ID. Use the temporary password to log into your Account and reset the password in the My Account section.

What is my Cart?
My Cart is the virtual Cart that helps you to store the items while you browse and then select the ones that you intend to buy during the checkout.
Can I remove items from My Cart?
Of course, you can, just click on Manage Your Cart and see the items there. Click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item that you wish to remove next.
How to track my orders?
Go to the delivery section and click on the ‘Track Order’ option and enter the required details to track your order.
How To Place An Order?
How to place an order with TF Cakes?
There are a few options that you can follow to place an order with us.
- If you are doing it from a mobile device online just go to WEBSITE LINK and register ( if you have not already registered) or log in (if you have already registered) to place the order.
- Call us atPHONE NUMBER AND TIMING to place the order.
- Mail us atEMAIL ID with your order, and we will do it for you.
What information is required for submitting an order?
We require the following from you to take order:
- Recipient’s name
- Complete delivery address
- Recipient’s contact number
- Date of Delivery
- Time of delivery (optional)
- Name of the sender
- Contact details of the sender
- Billing address

Can I choose the delivery time?
Yes, you can, but you have to pay an additional delivery charge.
Can I get midnight delivery?
Yes, you can, but you have to pay an additional delivery charge.
Are there any shipping charges?
No, we do not ship the cakes since they are a perishable item.
What is the mode of delivery?
Primarily its hand delivery, but depending on the item we at times do courier too. PLEASE CHECK THIS
Can I give an order a product without disclosing my identity to the recipient?
Of course, you can. All you have to do is call us at PHONE NUMBER AND WORKING HOURS or drop us an email at EMAIL ID and let us know about it.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an SMS and email with the order details and order number after the order is confirmed.
What does the different order status mean?
- Payment received: TF Cakes have received the payment, and we will be executing the order.
- Payment declined: Your payment order has failed.
- Order confirmed: We will deliver our order as per the date and time slot as it has been confirmed.
- Out for delivery: The product you ordered is out for delivery
- Order delivered: You product you ordered has been delivered.
- Delivery attempted: The ordered product was attempted to be delivered, but it was unsuccessful due to unavailability of the recipient, the contact number of the recipient was unreachable, the premises for the delivery was locked, or the address was incorrect or incomplete.
- Returned to origin: Due to failure in delivering the item despite the attempt to deliver it, the product is back to the store.
What is same-day delivery?
We do offer same-day delivery, but it must be placed at least GIVE THE TIME.
Are there any extra charges for same-day delivery?
PLEASE MENTION IF THERE ARE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY.
Order Modification/Cancellation
How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?
You must change or cancel your order at least 24 hours before the delivery time and date. To cancel the order, you can call us at PHONE NUMBER or email us at EMAIL ID.
Note: We would not cancel or modify any order that is already out for delivery.
How long does it take to cancel my order request?
We require a minimum 24 hours to process a request for cancellation of an order.
What are the modes of refund after cancellation?
The amount of the purchase after successful cancellation will be credited to your actual mode of payment for the order.
Return and Refund Policy
What is TF Cake’s return policy?
We do not offer any return policy but if there has been a wrong product delivery let us know immediately, latest before 24 hours by calling us at PHONE NUMBER or email us at EMAIL ID.
How to return a defective or damaged item?
You cannot return a product but if the product delivered is defective or damaged let us know immediately, latest before 24 hours by calling us at PHONE NUMBER or email us at EMAIL ID.
When will the amount refunded be credited to my Account?
We process the refund within 24 hours of the cancellation, and it can take 5-7 business days to reflect it in your Account.
What are the cases where there is no refund?
- We do not refund when the item delivered to a wrong address as provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to the unavailability of the recipient, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the recipient is unreachable, or the recipient’s premises was locked
- In case a product is cancelled 24 hours before the due time and date of the delivery, we refund the amount.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
