Cancellation and Refund Policy for TF Cakes

   TF Cakes understands that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. However, please note that all our cakes are customized  and perishable, making it difficult for us to offer refunds on the same day of cancellation. 

·         To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request that you provide us with a 1-day prior notice for regular cakes and a 2-day prior notice for Large or Special Cakes. A refund charge of 5% per order will be applicable. 

·         If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to care@tfcakes.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request." In the email, kindly provide the following details: 

1.       Order ID

2.      Reasons for Cancellation 

·         TF Cakes will process the refund to the same card, account, or payment medium used for the initial payment in case of cancellation. 

·         We aim to make all refunds within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation. 

·         TF Cakes reserves the right to change, cancel, refund, or offer alternative options at our discretion. 

·         In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be credited as TF Cakes Cash points into your TF Cakes Wallet. These can be utilized for any future purchases with TF Cakes.
